Like the Davis and Steinbrenner kids, the Murdoch progeny ain't nothing like their parents. FNC is headed down the slippery slope of greed over substance, much like the Raiders and Yankees have done since Al and George assumed room temperature.
Which points up an interesting life lesson that President Trump "gets", unlike these other rich and famous families:
Most businesses crash and burn in the second generation.
The kids of the founder are usually spoiled, arrogant, and feel entitled to rule.
Their employees usually hate them, there is high turnover, sabotage, theft, etc.
This is systemic and very hard to avoid.
My advice to rich old business founders.
Help the economy and sell your business to people who will be able to run it successfully.
Then you can give your heirs as much money as you wish.
