Thanks S & S. My question was more sarcastic than informative. I was considering it would be impossible for a male designated female child, at birth, to be justified to receive an abortion and for a female designated male child would be impossible. So by using an inconsistent designation with what actually was born, based upon the “opinion” of the parent and not the facts, besides falsifying documentation, would create an incorrect designation of a doctor’s prognosis, which could get the doctor arrested or license jerk for HIPPA violations, and a tax problem for an operation. I think they call this the slippery slope.
