How do you vote against federal judges? Until a couple of federal judges are impeached for abuse of power the judiciary will continue to stomp on other branches of government. Up until now they didn’t think of themselves as CNC’s and masters of US foreign policy, that has clearly changed. At some point Trump is going to have to either go after federal judges in a big way or tell them to go to hell he has a country to protect and ignore their BS. Trouble is McInsane and the Little S*&^ Ryan would pile on like a bunch of beta male poodles and go for impeachment.

Trump must find a way to send a message to the judiciary that they understand.

Here the judges are explicit in saying that the words of a law matter less than what some people thinks it means. The Judiciary is firmly putting its branch ahead of the executive and the legislative branches.

That makes the foundation for the Rule of Law a shifting sand, and therefore meaningless.

It seems to me Trump was slow-rolling this process until he could get Gorsuch confirmed.

A good way to start is to lean hard on Congress to break-up the Ninth Circus.

Limit their jurisdiction to a six-block area around the Transamerica Building in San Francisco. Create a new, more conservative court for the rest of the jurisdiction. Once the judges of the Ninth experience Sudden Career Failure the rest of 'em will start to get the message.

(I consider certain ammo “paired” for lack of a better term and get a weapon that can fire BOTH. E.g. weapon that can fire 5.56x45 and .223 and not just .223, etc)

So 5.56/.223, 7.62x39, .308/7.62x51, 12ga, 9mm, 40S&W, 457ACP & 357mag/38sp & of course 22LR. Percentage-wise, those calibers make up the most popular in America in terms of ammo sales.

All I have left to get is a Beretta 92FS pistol, another Mossberg 500 shotgun (this one in Marinecote), another Ruger 10/22 takedown rifle, and a bolt-action Savage Arms Axis II rifle (in .308).

A possibility is a 3rd rifle in 22LR, either 3rd Ruger 10/222 takedown rifle or an AR7 survival rifle.

No plans to start a war with the Feds, for SO many reasons.

On the other hand, I would not be the only person taking action if an unconstitutional act such as a nation-wide gun grab was attempted. And I wouldn’t be found in my house at that point.

I suspect when collapse occurs, they are going to have many more problems to worry about than someone who is bunkering down and hiding.

Not just call them on it, he needs to call a press conference and state to the American people that any future terrorist incident from one of these immigrants is DIRECTLY ATTRIBUTABLE to these court decisions.
