I'd like to find out more about the doctors, etc. being told not to attend Rich and that it was surprising he didn't live. Who told the staff not to attend Rich and why? How did Rich die if his wounds were not fatal?
I'm sure the "media" would be all over this if they suspected Repubs had killed him.....
