Comical how ham handed this whole affair has been handled by the perps and how inept the cops are. This is so blatantly obvious, on its face, what happened.
Jim Rockford would have had two car chases, been beaten up and still would’ve solved it in 45 minutes.
The DC cops are notorious for ignoring gunshots outside their police station on Georgia Avenue (a mile north of the scene). They also delay appearances to crime scenes to make sure all of the shooters have left the area.
