How: The Media Spreads Fake News About Ivanka Trump
http://thefederalist.com/2017/05/22/the-media-spreads-fake-news-about-ivanka-trump/ ^

This weekend, the Wall Street Journal‘s Carole Lee wrote a perfectly accurate story about Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates pledging to donate $100 million to a World Bank fund for women entrepreneurs. The article noted that the fund was Ivanka Trump’s idea and that she was at the event where the pledge was announced.

When Wall Street Journal reporter Rebecca Ballhaus tweeted out a link to her colleague’s story, she spun it in such a way as to add inaccuracies. First she reclassified a World Bank fund as a fund belonging to Ivanka Trump.

That’s not “spin”.

It’s malicious.

OK. I am saying it. Russia DID try to influence the election but they did so to help HILLARY get elected, not Trump.

I made the point that in general the people whom you have evidence of illegality on are the ones that you TRY to get elected. The Trump-Russian narrative doesn’t support this.

None of the deleted or damaging Hillary emails besides DNC or Podesta ones have surfaced suggesting people that have them like the FBI or enemies want to leverage them.

But think of other Russian interests.

They would like us to remove tactical nukes from Europe.

They would like us to let the military deteriorate.

They would like us to NOT develop our energy resources. A drop in oil price would have a massive impact on Russia economically.

They would not want us to build up our military intelligence.

They would not want us to develop our military technology.

They would not want us to be secure from terrorist attacks.

On each and every one of these issues, the candidate the Russians would NOT want to get elected would be Donald Trump.

I think most people who believe this story was falsified by a politicized intel community instinctively know this, but I think it is worthwhile to state it unequivocally.

they are equating Ivanka’s support of a UN initiative fund as the same as the Clinton organization.

My husband’s son runs our small organic rice business here in the Philippines, but his wife does much of the business part of selling. She has benefitted from some of these funds to get business courses, which not only educate her but help he meet contacts that help her in the business.

this is important because it’s hard for outsiders to get funds and break into business opportunities without contacts, and a lot of the businesses are run by the elite families and the Chinese.
