We ALL wrote crap like this in college.
I clearly recall when a failing student in one of my English Lit. courses discovered the word “dichotomy”. He started throwing it around in his essays and class comments ...ended up with an “A”
I always tried to put in something about how whatever I was writing about showed how “Man’s inhumanity to man transcends the class struggle.” I really believe the use of the verb “to transcend” gave them orgasms.
