Ruiz and his family believed that previous contact with Customs and Border Protection in 1999 is what led to his deportation, said attorney Hadley Bajramovic, who represents the Mexican Consulate in San Bernardino. Ruiz was aware of this, but a different attorney told him it wouldn’t pose problems.

Yeah, well, maybe Ruiz (if that's his REAL name) oughta get another attorney to sue that attorney who told him using a fake name wouldn't pose problems.

Besides, what do they mean they want to know what happened to him. It says right there in the story. They kicked his ass out for using a fake name.

Sheesh. Do I have to explain EVERYthing?

The 1986 amnesty was over 3 times the size they told us it would be because there was so much fraud used.
We cannot tell who these people really are and most have used multiple names and fraudulent documents.

Remove them all.
