Rex is playing games with global warming, signed off on a protocol and says this isn’t the big one. The global warming scam was always been designed as a huge cash cow for the deep staters. It was to be run directly out of Chicago and the cabal was to get a big hit right off the top of governments who were coerced into funding the supposed temperature rise and the accompanying man-made damage.
Huge left wing scam hopefully averted for now.
