Comey tapped Patrick Fitzgerald, the U.S. attorney from Chicago, and Fitzgerald aggressively investigated for two years, ultimately convicting Cheney chief of staff Scooter Libby on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice.

Remember it was discovered that a buddy of Colin Powell released the info about Plame but this independent prosecutor, APPOINTED BY THE VERY HONEST AND DECENT COMEY, sent Scooter Libby to jail anyway, never mind the truth or anything.

Haven't seen Meet the Depressed today, but Graham must have changed his tune. Unlike McCain, Graham had been against the appointment of a special prosecutor.
