My solution for immagration/voting is to make the immigrant show a gradeschool photo with their name printed under it.
No young photo, no entry. Plus it stops illiterate voting that fleeces Americans.

My solution for immagration/voting is to make the immigrant show a gradeschool photo with their name printed under it. I turn 70 in a few months. While I think I might have two or three grade school photos left, NONE have my name printed under my face. High School yearbook was the first to do that.
I imagine that is the situation for most adults.
