With or without prosecutions, I’d like to see DEA go in there, collect all the pot, and throw it in an incinerator. Recreational marijuana does not improve anyone’s life, and “medical” marijuana is only helpful to a small fraction of those who use it. I don’t like seeing people get rich by harming others, not if they are also violating federal law.

Marijuana is a lousy, dangerous drug but the states have every right to decide legality.
Federal drug laws are another unconstitutional overreach by the feds.

If you wouldn't mind, I'd like to know your credentials for being able to make that determination for the entire country. Specifically, I'd like to know which parts of your statement you did not pull from your butt. And finally, I'm curious as to when it was determined that only things that "improve anyone's life" are allowed to exist.
