Long after they are dead and buried, the Republicans of South Carolina and Arizona will exhume the bodies of Lindsey Graham and John McCain in order to vote for elect them to the Senate one more time. What the Republicans of Arizona and South Carolina have against the United States will never be known, but it is one hell of a grudge.

Best we can do is neutralize them by turn several Democrat seats in 2018.
They will never be gone thanks to Woodrow Wilson’s Seventeenth Amendment. Only Article V can undo it and return the election of the senators to the state legislatures.
