Nope...it *used* to be a Federal crime until SCOTUS ruled it unconstitutional.I served during the Vietnam era,honorably but certainly not heroically.One thing I've always very clearly understood is that I was never ordered within 6,000 miles of SE Asia.

And I never even went to law school.One would think that a law school graduate,sworn to uphold the law and to always seek the truth,would have paid closer attention to the facts.

Yes it is. He used that stolen valor for employment. He enriched himself on the coattails of those who bravely and selflessly served, POS!
