Yes, that would be priceless. That said, as much as I think he needed to be fired, I do think this was unnecessary. Someone dropped the ball on reaching out to him directly and it may not create any sympathy for Comey, but it does unnecessarily hurt Trump.
The second Lynch met with Slick Willy at the Arizona airport we knew everything stunk..Comey knew but did NOTHING because the Clintons are very good at one thing, if you have a skeleton in your closet they will find it and use it against you..and that is what I think happened here..the Clintons had the goods on Comey..that is why even now when Clinton accused Comey of costing her the election, he rolls over for tummy rubs and says nothing

From the article we learn that something called a “grand jury” is routinely used in FBI investigation. Gee, was one of those fancy grand juries convened in the server-gate scandal? I don’t think so.
Very common tale in DC. Government type gets a taste of stardom and is hooked. The FBI director should be busting criminals not participating in the Dems’ sick revenge fantasies.

Did you read in the letter Trump mentions, ‘Thanks for telling me three times I wasn’t under investigation’ or something like that.
I think this was intended to be memorable. Enough sparing their feelings/bruising their petals.

Comey is definitely among the unusual political casualties.
There are so many from the Obama era that are easy to despise. But from my perspective, Comey isn’t one of them. His story is either incredibly shallow or nefariously deep — and I can’t tell.
I think John Bolton had the best observation on Lou Dobbs tonight I’m paraphrasing but he said he thinks all this grandstanding was for the greater glory of Jim Comey. I think he knows Comey is a shameless self promoter.
Trump is not to be trifled with. Comey trifled.
Have we found the source of the leaks ? The source of the unmasking? The source of the wiretaps?
FBI has not been asking questions of some obama people. They know. The answers!
So appropriate that the head of the FBI is the last to know he got shitcanned. Irony thy name is Comey.
It feeds the storyline that Trump doesn’t do things well. Consider the rushed roll-out of visa executive order, the first failed Obamacare repeal, and there are other examples. Poorly executed. I balk at my wife when she says, do it right the first time, but I think for credibility, it is something Trump could improve on.
