The kicker for me was the dem lawyer admitting that anyone else giving the same order would be fine. The judge indicates it was “the statement” that the dems are building their case on. “The statement” was Trump saying “you know what that means”.
Apparently he said that when issuing either the first or 2nd order. The dems say he meant “we’re gonna get them muslims” and not “we’re concerned with security.”
Evidently this entire case is built on that bit of mind reading.
