I kind of figured that from the git-go but that particular act took some time, imagination and WORK to pull off.
Plus patience and cost more than a couple cans of spray paint.
I guess what really surprises me is in this day of ‘hidden’ cameras, cell phones etc that there are no pictures available especially in THAT area of DC
