Reminds me of the olden days of 1968 when police would not go into a black area to investigate crime. It was too dangerous.

Now the cops going into those areas are black or brown; the Mau Mau who shot and killed the two cops eating their lunch in their car in NYC couldn’t even find a white cop (they were Hispanic and Asian).
