The “he’s better than Hillary” defender of Trump is a pathetic grasp for a silver lining that’s not there. Trump is either collaborating with the Rino’s (see the RyanCare fiasco) or backing down like a whipped puppy (see the continuing resolution). Trump made the promises. People who didn’t like him as a person supported him because they believed he would stand up to the cretins on Capital Hill. 100 days and he’s the Compromiser in Chief and starting to enjoy the smell of rotting swamp gas.
He has done remarkably well in these first 100 days and I see that glass half-full.
You don’t win every fight. I have two years of patience as that is how long it takes to get a real agenda going.
