All of their white papers have done diddly squat over the years. There is no reason that Heritage should have had legislation ready to go....that is the job of congress.
This is an effort to get rid of Jim DeMint. Frankly I would like to see him as speaker of the house

I think the saying is something like, “Begins as a cause, turns into a business, and eventually becomes a racket.” It’s human nature. It’s happened to better than Heritage and will happen to many more good causes.
Has anyone else noted that ESPN is also imploding? The two top cable channels at the same time. I think this sex scandal stuff is phony. I think they both see that their model doesn't work anymore & are cutting losses. I doubt politics or sex has anything to do with it.
Hollywood has run screaming into the hills, too. There are tons of new films, and documentaries, upon DJT’s winning, that went straight to youtube, skipping the cinema. Huge losses now that that Uncle Sam isn’t there to prop them up anymore.

There is a defense-industry consultant and Navy Reserves officer running to Mark Sanford’s right in the SC-01 GOP primary. His name? Tom Perez. Poor guy could have toxic name ID by the time 2018 rolls around.
