I really don’t like this guy’s politics. And I think he was a total @$$ in the way he conducted himself in the NFL. But I’m not going to bust on the dude for handing out old clothes to people who might need them.

I’m with you. 100% this is a great thing he’s doing. He doesn’t have to do anything but he is. We should be applauding him, not eviscerating him once again.

This is what he *should* have done from Day 1 re: the kneeling. The NFL was not the venue for him. It wasn’t HIS venue. He could have held a press conference anywhere in San Francisco and gotten as much attention. He chose not to. He could be volunteering to speak at Pro Police / Anti Police meetings to try and mend fences and build bridges. He didn’t have to do what he did. And he deserves all the $hit that came his way for it. All of it.

But yeah, this is a good thing.
