You may be on to something. What is the saying,”Out of chaos, order? Allow chaos to reach a certain point and the people will demand that order be restored, and will not care how it is done. Hitler, and the National socialists Worker's Party, did that. They had their goons go out and fight the communists, and other German political groups in the streets. They caused chaos, havoc, and mayhem. And when Hitler cracked down forcefully on the communists, and other German Political Parties, the people supported him.
