Hungary's second border fence has just been completed in the southern town of Asotthalom. The 96-mile long, 14 ft. tall double-line of defense doesn't look too intimidating from a distance. Go a little closer and you'll notice several layers of razor-wire capable of delivering electric shocks, cameras, heat sensors and loud speakers ready to tell migrants they're about to break Hungarian law if they as much as touch the fence.

I’d be happy with a fence like this. Seems to me it would be just as effective and way cheaper than a wall.
Trump should go visit Orban, just for standing up for traditional European values and against the globalists.
That would be a GREAT photo-op for both of them and I really hope that the president will do that. It would also help Hungary in their fight against the damned EU!

You don't need a "big, beautiful (and expensive and time consuming) wall". You need a barrier that works. An electrified double barbed wire fence could be erected in a few short months with minimal expense. Back it up with the BP and even some volunteer "border watchers". Build a barrier, stem the flow, deport the criminals, and let the politicians argue about something bigger and better and more expensive.
The problem is the pols would say we already have a “wall,” so we don’t need to build a real one. That would mean that when the next Dem gets in, we would essentially have an open border again. The Dems are getting more and more radical, and it is very unlikely they would keep the electrification, the monitors, the guards, or even replace the cut up barbed wire. So we’d be left with a little chain-link fence a 5-year-old could easily climb. We need something that will last for hundreds of years and be intimidating and very challenging to climb even if no one is protecting the border.
What I am saying is: put up the barbed wire quickly and then build the permanent wall.
Leftists will be around for a long time yet, and we have to think of the future our children and grandchildren will face.
The bigger the wall the fatter the kickbacks to cronies.
Don’t look for a simple fence... not enough payola in it.
