Like Germany's, the Hungarian Border Patrol Force is pretty well militarized, not a bad idea when you have enemy invaders trying to get in.
Neither does it hurt that the Hungarian guards are armed with the Hungarian version of the Kalishnikov AKM rifle, known by the troopies as *the Snake.* The Syrian invaders may not speak any Hungarian, but they understand Kaliashnikow well enough.
