To: Uncle Sam 911

My father asked me if there was a way for Trump to bring lawsuit against his own legislation in a favorable district? Do it before the liberals have a chance to take it to the 9th?

We need conservative activist judges to balance out the loony left. If Trump’s campaign statements are fair game then surely a sitting POTUS saying “If you like your health care plan, you can keep your plan” should also qualify.

That's very unlikely.

The legal doctrine of “estoppel” does not allow a litigant to assert something that completely contradicts his previous statements or actions.

I think his only recourse with those policies they have called unconstitutional is to go to the Supreme Court.
