"Using math, powerful computers and historical records . . . "

But no field work.

Excellent! I will be stealing, er borrowing this as a great summation of what is happening with the Gorebull warmers!

Global warming didn’t pan out, and now climate change is failing, so the new anthropocentric doomsday mantra is “extreme weather”.

“Extreme Weather” is the perfect bugaoboo because within our short lifetimes each of us experiences or hears about weather more intense than what we normally experience, and in our limited perspectives, we naturally view such events as extreme.

Since normal people do not study weather history, we actually have no idea at all what “extreme weather” really is, though we think we do. Therefore, when we’re told fake explanations for what causes “extreme weather”, we all nod our heads wisely.

The other day I was watching one of those nature shows, and a graphic flashed on the screen saying, "Scientists estimate that 150-200 plant or animal species become extinct EVERY DAY." I did the math, and - using their low-end estimate - this works out to 54,750 extinctions a year, 547,500 a decade, and 1,095,000 since 1997.

I wonder if those scientists could positively identify even 200 extinctions out of those million-plus they are claiming. I wonder if they could positively identify 20.

The left acts as if no sandbar or reef ever disappeared until the last 30 years. 10,000 years ago, the place I am sitting was buried in hundreds of feet of ice. Millions of years before that, it was sub-tropical. Millions of years before that, it was 200 miles at sea, and the Pacific Coast extended almost to present-day Idaho.

“If they are linking this to Man”

I see it another way. They have blamed every conservative president for something since the 1950’s and Reagan and both Bushes in particular. They hammered W, and still are with lies that they perpetrated about weapons ion the middle east and a false economy they set up in the 1990’s.

But now they have reached the epitome. Thjey are blaming GOD for the choice of weather. “Forgive them father for they know not what they do.”

Yup! They’re sweltering in DC this weekend while northeastern Arizona was experiencing freezing temps, hail, rain and snow. That’s pretty extreme but all weather is local so what the heck.

This is a good time to release this study as the never ending global warming induced california mega drought was just this year broken by record shattering global warming induced rain and snow

Exactly right. For liberals, history starts right now.

I grew up in Ithaca, NY where only 10,000 - 15,000 years ago a one mile thick ice sheet covered most of NYS. Our science field trips took us out to see glacial moraines and striations on bedrock. In the west, the first humans arriving in North American actually saw the great Lake Bonneville about 15,000 years ago. Why did it disappear? Did Ugg drive his SUV over the Bering land bridge?

What ISN’T linked?

The strongest causative correlation of all time is that between government-funded "research" into climate and the results the "researchers" get so they can keep the gravy train going.

Lol, back in the ‘60s, my parents took us to the Grand Canyon in JULY. The plan was to stay at a KOA campground in Williams, AZ, and some of us sleep in the back of the station wagon, and the rest sleep in a tent. Only problem: apparently, an “extreme weather event” occurred and the temp dropped to 31 degrees that night! Luckily, there were electrical outlets, so my dad went and bought some heated sleeping blankets for the next night.

The synonyms for “scientist” are as follows: grant money whore, liar, political hack, fraud, fool and lunatic. Science used to a respected profession. It is sad and pathetic that these LIB anti-science stooges have undermined true science with their desperate spew.

Fortunately, here in the San Fran Bay Area (and the Peninsula, in particular), we have the IDEAL climate. The government says so. All they have to do is tax everybody else in the nation to death and they can have the same climate we have here. Just don't tax us because our Climate is already BEST. BTW, this is NOT fake. This is how the federal government used to operate when it was in the business of westward expansion, growth and boosterism.

Starting before World War I, the United States and German governments began conducting climate surveys and gathering meteorological data. Their findings revealed Redwood City to be at the center of one of the world's three best climates (The other two? The Canary Islands and the Mediterranean Coast of North Africa). These findings were printed by local newspapers and read by a happy public delighted to discover their climate to be the best by government test.

This sign was erected as the result of a 1925 contest sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and Real Estate Board in Redwood City, California. Wilbur H. Doxsee won the prize of $10 for his entry: "By Government Test, Our Climate is Best." The wording was later shortened to read: "Climate Best By Government Test" and placed near the entry of downtown Redwood City.

Well, the scientists spent many billable hours creating and viewing ancient man through their Time Portal Viewer. It was created by two scientists: Dr Hanna and Dr Barbera. They were able to view ancient man and his climate changing behaviors, but they need more funding to continue the study an era they’ve named the Flinstonian Period.

LOL, same lesson here. About 1975, I camped outside in a light summer sleeping bag, no tent, somewhere near the Grand Canyon. I’ve never been SO cold in my entire life! I honestly didn’t think I’d need a polar sleeping bag in July. I developed a good appreciation for the high desert.

The Lysenko Scientific Method can prove any politically correct theory with 100% accuracy without any experiments especially repeatable ones. You just state the desired results then make up the rest.
