Didnt we just learn that we only have 10 years to get this under control? Like they said 20 years ago?
Somebody needs to slap them, their needle is stuck!

If your in Lodi, you will be under water, you gotta move a little higher into the foothills.
My farm in NorCal is at 3200 feet, I am safe and will be able to go deep sea fishing in the canyons.

🌊. Maybe they meant 70 feet in 10 years. Sounds way more serious that way.

If I had any interest at all in California land, Id spread this fear and then buy up the cheap land as liberal fools panic.I'm glad my wife was finally able to sell the ranch she'd inherited in California. It was pretty well up in the mountains, but evidently the buyer is going to end up with beach-front property.

Yeah; as a skier I was pretty pissed off that we did not get our new ice age back in the seventies.
I was promised more snow and ice, what I got was less snow (crappy ski conditions) and higher lift ticket prices.

So will my rental property in Escondido become beachfront property?
Rents are so much higher with an ocean view.

The consensus is that a lot of things COULD happen.

Well. Then I will buy beachfront in Oregon since it only happens in California.

Excellent idea! And they can put the tracks of the high speed train right on top of the sea wall.

Excellent. Look how we are able to save money for CA! I’ll bet we could come up with other ideas to help them save money...oh wait. They don’t want to save money.
