Not to mention that so much of the highways in NYS are a potholed, cracking nightmare. Repair the existing dang roadways first. In any case, considering the way Upstate is depopulating, the tunnel ain’t even needed. This is a boondoggle for union workers. Won’t do a dang thing to keep jobs and taxpayers in NYS.
