I don’t think that is fair, Ryan had a good budget several years ago, and he did repeal Obamacare back in 2015. We just got 25 to 50 RINO’s trying to bring down the whole party.
Ryan is one of them. he is fine “repealing” obamacare so long as it won’t get past the Senate or the President. his “replace” ideas prove he wants to keep his personal gravy train rolling on the track.
And it is not 25 to 50 “RINOs” It is almost all the Republicans. They are not RINOs because what your are calling RINO is what Republicans ARE. The actually conservative Republican is in such a small minority that Conservatives are, in effect, Republicans-In-Name-Only because all the mainstream Republicans reside in the Democrat junior division. If the great majority believes and acts in a certain way then they are the Republicans and the others, the conservatives, are the RINOs.
