What if President Trump shut down the Department of Education, the EPA, the Bureau of Land Management, BATFE (except for Class III approvals), foreign aid, refugee resettlement, reviews for foreign visas, and a whole bunch of other agencies that do nothing urgent (or perhaps not even useful)?All the non-essential agencies except DOE, DOD, Treasury.
