A state legislator from Manhattan has introduced a bill that would nullify gun rights from those convicted of hate crimes, even those involving nonviolent, misdemeanor offenses.

Like threatening violence against exercising First Amendment rights?

Who defines hate crimes? I think snowflakes are walking hate crimes.

Above all else, actual physical hate crimes trump imaginary ones without question.

Do we really need Supreme Court decision to confirm that?
