It looks to me like someone was looking for a footprint image to put into clip art and cribbed the one in the Kenyan BC!
This is the low-resolution image that was cribbed to clip art, not the other way around, IMO. There are high-resolution images of this BC with a footprint image that was NOT cribbed, so the appearance of a low resolution image in clip art would not prove the Coast Province BC to be a forgery.

I was wondering about that, when I went to the clipart site..
