A president does not have the authority to rescind a National Monument? But he has the authority to create a National Monument?

Most of the recent “National Monuments” are losers and not self sustaining. Most were created as a land grab and were set aside for use by the “elite”. Most drain resources away from the “popular” and well used National Parks and Monuments.

What standing does Patagonia have?
Sounds like a marketing ploy. A good company to add to the boycott list.
