I was really hoping Vermont would be the guinea pig.
We could absorb epic failure in a state with 600,000 residents. Then no one else would try.

My bet is the sh*theads under the dome in sacramento know this and will try to call the feds bluff. Their thinking? CA is too big to fail. The feds will HAVE TO bail us out.
