Dude? See, if they REPEAL obamacare and then REPLACE it with something having ANY part of obamacare such as kids remaining on parents policy until age 26, why that DOES mean it was simply “amended”.

Repeal means revoke or annul a previous piece of legislation.
They are not doing that, they are amending that previous piece of legislation.
Repeal ACA.
Then bring forward individual bills.
