Another good reason to have video tapes of police confrontations and support local CopBlock. Often times the cops are exonerated based on these videos.

Like this one I saw on Youtube. Cop accused of brutality. Using excessive force by pepper spraying a mentally ill man and lying that he was resisting arrest.

REALITY: The video showed him slugging the cop in the face and resisting. He was told 20 times to get out of the car, he refused. He slugged the cop right in the face then he got maced. The cop got a black eye. But everyone wanted to support this thug who hit him.

That the wise latina would make that remark is surprising. Then again I shouldn't
