Portland leadership is complicit in the violence.
Portland leadership had enough of the violence way back in November when someone got shot. The Portland Police have been very aggressive in their response to anyone blocking streets since then. Here's what happened:

Maybe I missed it, but I haven't seen any evidence that the authorities plan to file any charges against those making the threats.
