How do you sue when:

1) Your “people” didn’t exist at the time of the action in question???

2) Pretty much not one single person is alive today among your “people” who was alive then???

3) None of those who drew up/passed the Balfour Declaration are currently alive??? and

4) You don’t have any jurisdiction to sue the British government, anyway?

Oh, well, this is par for the course for the terrorist non-government of a false and non-existent nation/people. The best course of action is either to ignore them completely, or just to laugh at them.

They still don’t exist. There never has been a nation called Palestine. The people in the area called themselves “Arab” until 1967, when magically the name appeared. One of their spokesmen in the past admitted this. It was to create the illusion of a small group standing up against Israel.

Unfortunately They are still Arabs. There should be a counter suit demanding that all who call themselves “Arab” return to the Arabian Peninsula from when they came, and give reparations to the descendants of the Christian and Jewish inhabitants that occupied the area prior to the Muslim invasion in the 7th century.
