Absolutely we need a Constitutional crises. I am not kidding.
Here's how Mr. Trump could to do it, in 10 easy steps:
And what makes this so great is that there's virtually no way that the legislature wouldn't act treasonously here, their globalist elitism blinding them to the actual danger here. (They're also so mindblowingly arrogant that I'd almost bet money they'd think that the law [re: Treason] doesn't apply to them.)
- Acknowledge the court's order.
- Release the real statistics on illegal immigration; you know how the official number's been the same for the past several years?
(Some estimates put it at about 30 Million; or 10% of the US population.)- Declare a state of invasion.
- Acknowledge Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.- Issue orders to the Army to secure the land border; lethal force authorized.
- Issue orders to the Navy to secure the ocean borders; lethal force authorized.
- At his point there's several possible responses:
- Judicial — They try to issue an order declaring the above orders illegal.
- Legislative — They try to impeach over the above orders.
- Executive — Passive nonfeasence (firable) / active defiance.
- Acknowledge the definition of Treason in Article 3, Section 3 of the Constitution:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.- Prosecute those that defy upholding Art 4, Sec 4 for Treason.
