Patriots are reminded that the states have never expressly constitutionally delegated to the corrupt feds the specific power to tax and spend in the name of politically correct global warming.

So it’s up to other countries to tax their citizens to pay for unaccountable funding to fight politically correct global warming.
Spending federal funds on “global warming” should be a violation of the First Amendment. It is a religion, isn’t it?
