Live in Oakland? No. I have no plans on living anywhere in the Bay Area.
Wise decision, to not live anywhere near such a culture.
There is a percentage of blacks who consider whites to be the primary cause of their not living a better life; who see their condition as being primarily the result of white people actively "keeping them down", rather than due to any personal lack of character, energy, or drive to succeed. As a result of this viewpoint, many of them see white people as legitimate prey.
You can agree or disagree with the above paragraph. You may dismiss the percentage of blacks who feel this way as being vanishingly small. But many of the rest of us believe the percentage is fairly high among the urban underclass.
