While as other people have mentioned there is some real merit to this as an idea, the truth is that it’s being done as a Band-Aid solution. There is literally no interest in fixing the root causes.
That’s true.
There is no way they can build enough houses for all the migrants in the UK. They could not build enough fast enough. But they don’t want to face that problem.
