did they quarantine him to check him for rabies?
What the heck?
When I was about 2-3 years old, a dog bit me... so I bit it back. My mom said I grabbed that thing’s tail in both hands and with my teeth in the middle chompped down like I was a bulldog.
I guess I was lucky I didn’t get attested.
That’s a great story!
I did that once in front of a frankfurter stand in NYC!
Heh. That T key is right next to the R... And since attested is a real word, spell check didn’t pick it up.
DOH!
Anyway, mom said they nearly had to turn the hose on me to make me let go, I was so mad, the dog yelping and dragging me around the yard.
Man bit dog! This is news!
According to investigators, Zachary Kelly, 30, became upset with Pheobe, a four-month-old puppy who was acting up.
They say he held the dog down and bit her on the ears, causing the animal to repeatedly yelp.
Disgusting POS, as usual.
Just a little nip or a big ole CHOMP?
Floriduh !
Ohmynoes he bit the puppy on the ear making it yip and doing no damage to it.
Such a POS. GIVE HIM 10 YEARS!!!!
He did no damage? How do you know?
Do you really think this jackass was hauled off in cuffs and charged with animal cruelty for nibbling on an ear of a puppy a little too hard? Yea crazy.
Take a look at the puppy named Phoebe.
She is as cute as a bug,
and so friendly. It will make you smile just to see her acting as young dogs always do.
Makes me wish I had a good (private) backyard for a dog.
I couldn’t tell from the photo if the dog was actually injured so I will reserve judgment. Common sense should prevail.
A bite hard enough to scare the dog could perhaps be a form of discipline, although certainly not one I’ve ever heard of.
A bite hard enough to bruise the dog is cruelty.
He must have seen John Candy in Armed & Dangerous
Read the article. Maybe?
Yea, he got arrested for biting a puppies ear and the puppy yelped.
I’ve bit my dogs on the ear if they snapped at me
I wouldn’t tear their ear off but enough pressure to make it painful works
It’s better than smacking them
Normally for me just serious scolding and towering over them works
I’m six five 240
But I’ll damn sure yank them up and if he nips me ...never happened or my wife or kids he’s gonna learn the hard way that was unwise...if I do right then
Otherwise it’s pointless and cruel cause they won’t know why
We live in a world you can kill your baby but can’t corporal punish your dog
My horses bit me in the back or kick me..they are gonna get the Mongo reaction...
Maybe that’s why they don’t
Or is it cause I have the rolled oats buckets and alfalfa bales....
Btw..I only have Rotts and Dobes and American Bulldogs
Rotts need discipline
Dobes just know...never had to touch a dobe
American bulldogs....respect firmness..keeps them from eating you

How do you know this subhuman cretin did no damage? Even if no physical damage was done, the poor puppy may be damaged emotionally.
I am very sensitive about this because I “adopted” a neighbor’s Golden Retriever. My neighbors neglected and abused her. To make matters worse, my neighbors acquired her because her first owner dumped her in their yard when she was a small puppy and they had been abusive to her.
She is a wonderful, loving, well-mannered dog but, due to her past abuse, scares very easily and still has emotional scars.
The neighbors never bothered to have her spayed so now I am also (happily) raising her two beautiful, joyful puppies.
Dogs are loving, loyal companions and animal abuse is nothing to joke about. I hope this puppy finds a good, loving home and this scum is never allowed to have another pet.
Shame on you.
So who called the cops?
And why?
