She’s playing the game by which one increases the chances of keeping paychecks rolling in by checking as many boxes as possible; worked like a charm until she was exposed. Just as “Stolen Valor” can be a criminal charge if there is financial gain involved, the same logic should be applied here (but nobody can ever admit she was employed solely on the basis of being a professional black woman - not a black female professional, but someone who has honed the necessary skills to play the part of a black woman).
