I think it is a positive outcome for the GOP, if I’m reading it correctly. Looks like the Hawaiian judges wanted to stop or delay the appeals process, after an appeal was submitted by Pres. Trump’s attorneys.
That’s how I read it also. I was hoping some later comment might make it clear.
