I guess in theory he could do that....he would need the Senate to confirm them to be seated....
That would not be very prudent or wise....
Not really sure we want Trump to start acting like a banana republic head of state or set a precedent for future POTUS do the same...
I can’t believe that people are this illiterate of the Constitution, to think a President can get rid of judges or courts. Only Congress can do that.
