I still see no reliable source that he has been arrested. It is 7pm PST. I’d love to see the thug caught, arrested, and prosecuted. But being Berkeley he will probably just get flowers and a pay raise.
I don’t think he will escape this even if he isn’t arrested. He is worse off than if he was #1 on the FBI most wanted list.
