I don’t think the hood is feminized. There are a lot of men who never grow up, who have the selfishness and tantrums of children mixed with testosterone, a man’s strength, and firearms.

Gajin is correct. Not only the ‘hood but our whole Culture is long since feminized. That incldues cops, the military, the courts everything. Anyone who can’t see that isn’t looking in the right places or simply doesn’t know how to recognize it. ALL of the differences between the Culture of, say, 1955 and today are signs of it.
