Yeah, I found out about this from the BART train operator on the way in this am. Had to get off at a different BART station, walking back a few blocks through the heart of the financial district, everything was closed. People milling around on the sidewalks. My office building was open though, apparently, we have a backup generator.
Outages in L.A. and NYC as well.
They represent the kind of coincidence that deserves examining for any possible common cause - Leftist “resistance” anarchists and cyber security come to mind. Smart officials would at least examine the possibility of a common cause.
Power outages and people at lights yelling at each other about who has the right of way, causing chaos. It makes a bit of a case for roundabouts. Power outages wouldn’t affect traffic near as much. Just a random thought.
