Arkansas has been trying to put to death before one of its lethal-injection drugs expires at the end of the month

This is maybe more ridiculous than the 24 year death sentence. Electricity and bullets have no expiration date.

Neither does dry nitrogen. N2 is cheap, readily available, nontoxic, and absolutely lethal.
